MSTEIN.AI is an AI-powered social media operator. It drafts, refines, schedules, and (at your option) publishes social content across connected platforms, and helps you manage replies. MSTEIN is approval-first: nothing is published on your behalf unless you manually publish, schedule, or explicitly enable auto-publish.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure.
You may connect third-party social accounts. You authorize MSTEIN to act on them as you direct — drafting, scheduling, publishing, reading analytics, and posting replies — using each platform's secure sign-in. We never receive your social passwords. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes access. You must comply with each platform's own terms.
Content is generated by AI and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it is published. You own the content you create with MSTEIN. Do not rely on MSTEIN for legal, medical, or financial advice.
MSTEIN uses tokens to power AI actions. Balances, prices, and any free-trial allowance are shown in-app and may change with notice. Generation consumes tokens; manual publishing does not. Paid balances are non-refundable except where required by law.
Do not use MSTEIN to create or publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexual content involving minors, spam, or that violates a platform's rules or another's rights. Do not abuse tokens, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
MSTEIN relies on third parties (social platforms and infrastructure/AI providers). Their availability and terms are outside our control; outages or policy changes may affect features.
MSTEIN, its software, brand, and design are ours. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain rights to your business inputs and approved content.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or for content you approved/published, platform actions against your accounts, or third-party outages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
You may stop using MSTEIN anytime and request deletion of your account via the in-app support form or by email. We may suspend or terminate for breach or legal/security reasons.
We may update these terms with notice. Governing law: Poland. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
